I like this, it's so easy.
Cut both sides of the mandarin orange (1). Remember not to cut too much into it to avoid cutting the flesh. Cut a slit (2) and gently roll the orange out in a strip (3, 4 & 5).

That's cool! I'm surprised that I haven't thought of that sooner. That's also how you cut a bell pepper.
